Individual Sessions

Book a 50 min individual session for new or returning clients. Get help in a supportive and nonjudgemental space for anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, loss, trauma, goal setting, emotional regulation and relationships problems.


Couples or Parent/Teen Sessions

Book an 80 minute session for married or dating couples. Or if you would like to do parent-teen counseling. Working on relationships can be hard; couples sessions can improve communication and empathy, reduce conflict and help establish goals for the relationship.


Free “Get to know you” Session

It’s hard to find a therapist, and can be intimidating not knowing if the therapist will be a good fit. Book a free 20 minute session to get to know me before committing.
