A supportive group to explore the unique challenges of mothering teens
This group is ideal for mothers of pre-teens, teens and soon to be high school grads who would like to:
- Align your personal values with your mother/teen relationship values and discover how to act intentionally to maintain connection with your teen
- Learn to self regulate when your teen is “setting you off”
- Learn to communicate with your teen in a way that encourages connection
- Learn to take care of your own needs and let go of “mom guilt”
- Process through the grief around the changes in your relationship with your teen
- Experience a supportive environment with other mothers who are also walking the journey of motherhood with teens.

Day/time: Wednesdays – 12:30-2:00pm or 5:00-6:30pm
Dates: June 1 – July 20th (its ok to miss a session due to summer travel)

What is included in the 8 week group?
- 8 weekly, 80 minute group sessions at 40% cost of normal therapy rate ($50 per 80 min group session)
- Optional add on of up to 8 individual sessions at a 25% discount ($75 per 50 min individual session)
